What we need
When individuals apply to the DTFF Grants Programme, they submit their information in an application form, give details of their proposal and outline the projects potential cost.
Why we need it
Part or all of the information you provide will be held electronically by Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, on behalf of the Digital Transformation Flexible Fund and will be shared with the William J Clinton Leadership Institute (QUB) and Invest Northern Ireland. This information will be used for the administration of applications, claim processing and the production of monitoring returns. This information and documentation may also be shared with your local Council, DAERA and Excalibur Press (PR) for the same purposes.
All information will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
What we do with it
We may publish information about projects on our own website, develop successful business case studies, including the amount of grant awarded and the recipient of the grant.
How long we keep it
In accordance with Council’s Retention and Disposal Policy, Council will retain this information until September 2030. The Privacy Notice for this Programme can be accessed online: www.dtff.co.uk/privacy-policy/Those who are awarded grants are asked to provide a list of eligible expenditure they want funding for. Any personal information given in the application is used only to review and evaluate the grant application and the ongoing administration and management of any grants we award.

As we process personal data in grant applications you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. Failure to agree to the above information sharing will result in an application not being processed.
